FIVE PRODUCTION STEPS

Our laminates can be sold under the following steps:

  • Skin Only (SO): sail sold in separate boxes
  • Skin Only One Piece (SOOP): step 1 with boxes bonded (mylar) or seamed (taffeta)
  • Skin Only Plus (SO+): step 1 plus precutted corners and reef patches
  • Skin Only One Piece Plus (SOOP+): step 2 plus seamed corners and reef patches
  • Complete Sail (CS): a finished sail without bag, battens, slides
